Riddick worked with the brands of Newell Rubbermaid to develop NRSYNERGY.COM – An Integrated E-Marketing & Communications Platform – to facilitate and expedite sales growth through W.W.Grainger, a large distributor customer.

The site provides a direct marketing communications pipeline through 1,850 sales representatives to hundreds of thousands of end user prospects, allowing Grainger sellers quick, easy access to extensive marketing and sales support tools, which can be downloaded or sent instantly by email to end customers.

User activities on the NRSynergy website are measurable & trackable, and are having a positive effect on Newell Rubbermaid sales through W.W. Grainger. The average time spent on the site per session is over 10 minutes!

Before the annual tradeshow, the website was announced through HTML emails linked to 20 second teaser videos. At the tradeshow, related booth designs and takeaway materials promoted the website and its valuable tools.
